NEWS
Gold is straight up fucking mogging the market right now

While tech stocks dick around, spot gold just tagged fresh all-time highs near $4,966/oz this week.
And when gold does this, the majors and producers usually get priced in fast because they are the “safe” trade.
But if you actually want to make money in a gold cycle, you know how it goes. The juniors lag, then they gap when the market realizes the move is real.
THAT’S WHY THIS ONE’S ON OUR RADAR: Miata Metals (CSE: $MMET.CSE ( ▲ 1.7% ) | OTCQX: $MMETF ( ▲ 0.4% ) is a South American gold explorer in the Guiana Shield, which is the same neighborhood where serious multi-million-ounce systems live.
And the market is already sniffing it out. $MMET.CSE ( ▲ 1.7% ) $MMETF ( ▲ 0.4% ) is up roughly 40%+ this month and momentum is building. They also just upgraded from OTCQB to OTCQX on Jan 21, 2026, which helps US access and visibility.
THE NEWS THAT ACTUALLY MATTERS
Miata just dropped final assays from its 2025 program at Sela Creek, and the hits at Jons Trend are nasty:
4.3m at 12.49 g/t gold (including 1.3m at 29.24 g/t)
22.7m at 2.23 g/t gold (including 15.9m at 2.84 g/t)
57m at 1.01 g/t gold
High-grade spice, plus thick zones that hint at scale.
Then they backed it up with some massive action, closing an $11.5M bought deal in December and now they are talking about running up to 25,000m of drilling in 2026.
No dilution ahead (ideally), just 25,000 meters of pure rock fucking and news.
CONCLUSION
Gold is making new highs, the majors are already getting love, and the next move is usually the juniors catching up.
Miata Metals $MMET $MMETF is one of the cleaner “emerging junior” setups right now: funded, actively drilling, and putting out real intercepts with follow-up scale planned.
