Monday Market Open

Slow down every so often...

Monday Market Open

Dear Winner,

Welcome to Monday. I hope you had a great weekend of pursuing life. Not to sound corny, but I have been feeling grateful this past week. I wanted to remind you that being grateful allows you to slow down and take life in.

Be grateful for the people around you, your bed, getting in the sun, or whatever it may be. It’s easy to just think of the next thing, but slowing down and looking back for a second doesn’t hurt.

This box of Alpha is fresh out of the oven, with your name on it. I hope you are able to learn something to kickstart your week. Check it out…

Cheers,

All earnings are according to Nasdaq.

The Secret Sauce
Uranium at the Grand Canyon?

Ladies and Gentleman,

As you likely know (if you follow us) the United States is in need of Uranium. Big time.

The U.S. needs Uranium like you need rubbers if you are wearing FMC merch.

I threw a graph of Uranium prices on the “Graph of the Day”. As you can see, Uranium prices peaked in January of this year around $80 and since fallen to $71 usd/lb.

Energy Fuels is the company responsible for ramping up operations just south of the Grand Canyon (not in) at the Pinyon Plain Mine.

The mine is nearly 17 acres and is estimated to produce 2 million pounds of Uranium (source) - which is enough to power Arizona for at least a year. The mine has only been in operation since early this year, but is scheduled to last 28-months (according to the SLR Report).

The mine is 100% owned by Energy Fuels with 1.6 million pounds of Uranium being classified as “Proven/Probable” and 700,000 pounds classified as “Indicated”.

Energy Fuels base case cash flow analysis assumes Uranium (U308) at $60 usd/lb going out 30 months, until the closure of the mine. They also have not sold any long-term contracts yet, meaning they will be selling candy to fat kids at a premium for the next 30 months.

If you aren’t content with this intro, you can see some hardcore mining cash flow analysis at the bottom of this report. For you sweats.

This particular mine has been seeing some resistance not only from Native Tribes in the area, but also environmentalists who view mining at the Grand Canyon (one of America’s staple landmarks) as excessive.

It’s also worth pointing out that Energy Fuels is targeting two more mines in Wyoming and Colorado - maybe we will look into that.

Let’s wrap it up.

Energy Fuels is primed to churn out some much needed Uranium from the Pinyon Plain Mine over the next 28 months to the always hungry USA. Their baseline estimate is $60/lb of Uranium, although the market is over $70 right now.

They are selling White Claws to sorority girls for a premium.

Let’s keep watching.

Thank you
That’s all Folks

Hey, thank you for checking out Monday Market Open. Take a minute to slow down and look back this week.
