With that said, give this a read, then go get after it.

Now You Know
Is Jeff Bezos Chasing Down Elon Musk in the Billionaire Space Race?
Jeff Bezos’s Blue Origin is set for the first launch of its new space rocket.
The ‘New Glenn’ rocket was supposed to launch this morning. However, the launch was called off due to a series of delays caused by unspecified issues.
The 98-metre rocket was set to carry up to 45 tonnes of tech to low Earth orbit.
Up until now, Blue Origin has only sent rockets to and from the edge of Earth’s atmosphere and never sent anything into orbit.
However, Bezos hopes this rocket can compete with Elon Musk’s company’s SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket. Compared to the Falcon 9, the New Glenn has a payload diameter which is twice as large and the rocket is twice as powerful.
The cancelled launch, which will no doubt soon happen, is a crucial certification flight required by the US Space Force before New Glenn can launch national security payloads as part of multi-billion dollar government contracts Blue Origin hopes to win.
I want to die on Mars - just not on impact.
Up until now, Elon Musk’s SpaceX has enjoyed a largely uncontested market for rockets. Could this all change as Bezos’s Blue Origin grows in relevance in the space? I think so…
