Putin and Kim sign defense pact

Well fuck……..

If there were two people who you wouldn’t want to combine forces. It’s these two boys 😬

If you haven’t heard. Vladimir Putin, and the North Korean leader, Kim Jong-un, have signed a pact that includes a clause requiring the countries to come to each other’s aid if either is attacked.

This raised Western concern…. Naturally! The pact has also magnified western concerns about potential Russian aid for North Korea’s missile or nuclear programmes.

Not an ideal situation, for us boys. If I can recall a certain artist with a mustache signed a few of these pacts with some countries before shit hit the fan.

Nvdia AGAIN !

Alright what the fuck,

Just last week we where taking about how Nvidia passed Apple and now its gone and become the largest public company in the world. With a market capitalization closed at roughly $3.34 trillion on Tuesday, passing Microsoft.

The stock is up almost 800% in the past 2 years !!! Is this sustainable ? Surely not, but people have said it should drop months ago and it’s still rocketing. What do you think ?

By the way a moment of silence for Cathy Wood of ARK Investment Management who sold Nvidia on a dip. Causing investors to lose over $300 million in potential profits. RIP. 😂

Bill Gates to pump billions into nuclear power☢

Big dog Bill Gates looks getting set to address the problem of power shortage now, through setting up next-generation nuclear power plant.

Gates says he is willing to throw billions into the project based in Wyoming.

Pretty cold if you ask me. Just another indication that nuclear power is the future.

OpenAI co-founder starting his own company

OpenAI co-founder Ilya Sutskever, who departed from the company last month. Has founded a new AI company Safe Superintelligence inc (SSI) with OpenAI colleague Daniel Levy and Apples AI lead Daniel Gross.

SSI’s mission is to develop safe Superintelligence, which they consider the most critical techincal challenge of our time.

Sounds good to me. Great team and solid idea, keeping our guards up against AI. When can I invest ?

Deadly bacterial infection on the rise in Japan☣

Ok, so this virus called streptococcal toxic shock syndrome (STSS) has hit a record number of cases in Japan this year. There have been 1,019 cases of STSS in the first six months of 2024, surpassing the total number recorded last year in the country.

This bastard sounds horrifying. Streptococcal toxic shock syndrome kills up to 30 percent of patients and is “highly associated” with flesh-eating infections. Symptoms include fever and a red rash. FUCK THAT.

Might be nothing but one pandemic was enough for me !

I left till last because I am sure you have heard this already, but it’s actually so bonkers it deserves a mention.

The main man increased his position in GME to 9,001,000 shares, from 5,000,000 earlier this week. Gill’s position was worth more than $262 million as of Thursday’s close.

His newly expanded position makes him the fourth-largest shareholder in GameStop. Absolutely absurd ! This guy who backed the company all them years ago because his childhood memories of going to Gamestop, could now be on the board 😂
