40,000 Fed Workers Accept ‘DOGE Buyout’

Today was the final day for federal employees to accept Trump’s offer of 8 months pay and benefits in exchange for voluntarily stepping down. At least 40,000 government workers (about 2% of the federal civilian workforce) have opted into this resignation program.

This number is still expected to increase tonight.

Most federal agencies are expected to be downsized through restructurings and reductions in the work force.

The unions have sued to block the offer, and the court hearing for this is happening right now.

Elon Musk, a special government employee leads the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). Musk has taken this role as he appears to have made it his life’s goal to provide Americans with transparency regarding outrageously high spending by federal agencies.

Trump already going nuts 3 weeks into being president lol. Gonna be an interesting ride…

Pennsylvania Police Scramble To Catch Thieves Who Stole 100,000 Eggs

Pennsylvania State Police are trying to crack the case of an egg heist which happened over the weekend.

I’ve never thought about it myself to be honest, but apparently it’s a pretty damn good time to stumble on 100,000 eggs. Wholesale egg prices have reached record highs and there appears to be an egg shortage all over North America.

Currently, this many eggs would be valued at $40,000.

They were stolen out the back of a Pete & Gerry’s Organics’ distribution trailer.

Bit of a stupid crime in my eyes. Who the fuck are they gonna offload this many eggs to. These fellas need to take a long hard look at themselves.

Saudi Arabia Getting Cold Feet About Joining BRICS

Saudi Arabian officials admitted at last month’s Davos Summit that they had been invited to join the BRICS, but were yet to accept the group’s official membership invitation.

Saudi Arabia used to be tight with the West, but has recently followed India’s footsteps by having a foot in each camp and becoming more friendly with Russia.

Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed Bin Salman (MBS) has led the Saudis through a world of change for his country, but is hesitating now.

Why is this? He doesn’t want to drive a wedge between Saudi and the West.

The Israelis and American's are also pressuring Saudi not to join the group, given Iran’s position is a proper fucking heavyweight within BRICS and the US and Israel obviously fucking detest Iran.
