B26 Deposit, what you need to know

A great copper squeeze is coming, I’m sure you have heard us say it before, but we are eyeing copper stocks like I eye a pint one minute after market close on Friday.

This week, I present you Abitibi Metals (Canada: AMQ USA: AMQFF)

These guys are a tightly held, mostly family-owned operation, with huge names and flawless track records behind them. With only 90m fully diluted and 3 families worth over a billion each backing it, it sets it apart from the crooks on Howe St, these guys are set on developing something real. Abitibi Metals checks all the boxes for a small cap set for success. Good people, Great Asset, Cash in the Bank, and Good Share Structure.

So, what do they have?

Recently Abitibi Metals managed to scoop up the “B26 Deposit” straight out of the hands of the Quebec government, a copper-rich deposit nestled in Quebec Canada which has never been owned by a pub-co… Leaving the discovery dough to still be made by the shareholders. The B26 deposit is road-accessible, under power lines and it already boasts a resource of 12 million tons of copper at 2.97 g/t CuEq, and mass exploration potential to expand this to an even bigger beast. It’s the creme de la crop.

So they have the horse, what about the jockey?

These guys have a powerhouse mgmt team and industry leaders backing them. They are mostly family-owned by the CEO’s legendary family the “Dulce” family, and two other families - which I will not disclose but both have countless wins and are both over 1 billion in net worth. The CEO Jonathan Dulce can essentially snap his fingers and raise cash from his network of worldwide financiers. Don’t believe it? Well, the man just raised 14m in the last few months and had Industry-leading names like Frank Giustra lined up to get their piece. This isn’t your standard team, they aren’t here to bring this stock from $.10-1.00 and liquidate their bag, they are here for something much bigger, they are here to win.

What is to come?

Abitibi Metals has not even had time to play with the B26 deposit and yet it has already rallied up from .135-.65 and is trading around .48 right now. They are stepping into 2024 with their huge hammers (both figuratively and literally) with 14m in their pockets about to drill the fuck out of this deposit and hopefully scale it just like their buddies 7km down south - The historical Selbaie Mine which had a historical resource of 56.9 Mt @ 0.87% Cu, 1.85% Zn, 0.55 g/t Au, 39 g/t Ag and was in production for over 20 years… In 2024 the major catalysts are coming, keep an eye out.

Abitibi Metals Performance

For the past 6 months these guys have been taking action, with the acquisition of the B26 deposit this thing has been up 860% over the last 6 months, however, it still sits at only $.48 today.

They have some share unlocks coming up after they just closed in $4m hard dollar @.30 on December 18th, and $10m in flowthrough @ $0.70 on December 29th. So be wary of the paper coming to trade, but maintain a long-term vision with this. They have some serious catalysts through 2024 with their first drill season and have the potential to bring this thing north of $4 in the years to come if they can deliver some good results.
